Brian C. Cox, Associate Partner Global Business Services, IBM, Member Government Affairs Committee DRCA 

Brian Cox is an Associate Partner with IBM's Global Business Services in the Digital Service Line as well as member the IBM Industry Department of Home Land Security Team. Brian is currently the DHS Account Manager with his primary focus on FEMA.

 

Brian possesses over 11 years of experience supporting FEMA's modernization efforts and current operational programs. He also has experience leading several Department of Defense and Department of State programs and initiatives. Brian has over 24 years in the industry including serving 8 years as a commissioned military officer and rotary wing aviator in the U.S. Army.  He served as an attack aviator/company commander as well as a medical evacuation pilot. Brian graduated as a distinguished military graduate with a BS degree in Biology/Chemistry from the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) and has earned an MBA degree from Virginia Tech.
