Jon Hoyle is the President of Thompson Consulting Services, a full-service emergency response, disaster recovery and grant management consultancy. Mr. Hoyle has over thirteen years of experience including providing management and oversight for disaster response and recovery efforts and grant writing administration/program management throughout the United States. Over his career, Mr. Hoyle has managed over 75 projects under contracts that total more than $1 billion in grant administration and recovery efforts. This experience includes, implementing and managing multiple large long-term recoveries, infrastructure repair, and grant administration programs through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA) and Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP); Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Emergency Relief (ER); and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Disaster Recovery (DR) funds on behalf of local government and state agencies.
